ramble - teh survey o' dooooom.

I've been playing around with google docs. It has a survey feature that is seriously neat, and i'm using it to build a survey to try to answer some of the questions that people keep asking about the therian community.. Its not perfect but its good enough for what i have in mind. On the other hand, there's some things i'd like to get input on.

At the moment, the questions i have are broadly in 3 areas - Community resources and what people use to talk to each other (in terms of websites, IRC, IM and such), some information on gender and sexuality, theriotypes/kintypes and such.

Firstly, I'd like to try to work out some way to handle the theriotype/kintype issue without having dozens of radio buttons or tickboxes as werelist has had. Text boxes would work, but i need one answer per textbox, have them as general as possible, and have a second text box for specific species - and a second set for any additional theriotypes - this should let me get a rough headcount.

Secondly, for religions - would having the big 4 (the two judeochristian, hinduism, buddist and 'other' be enough?

Gender and sexuality, i'd like to have "male" "female" "MTF" "FTM" "genderfluid" and "others" for gender and  "straight" "gay" "bi" "asexual" and "other" for sexuality

There's some community resource, and other questions i'm sure about.. but what else would i need?
