Faking my way around CSS... and... wait.. i did what?

The theme for Quine is fixed. Shockingly a significant portion of it is done by me.. despite not knowing CSS. graphical editors FTW :). Most of the icons were modified for use by me as well, and look decently spiffy.

And here i was nearly whining about being useless ;p
